The following is a record of a dream I had. I have provided my best interpretation below for your consideration. Perhaps this dream will speak to you, as it has to me. The dream has some characteristics that are deeply concerning for God’s people today. This dream exposes end-time corruption, and apostasy in the church. Are you involved in this, as well? I believe God is calling his people to repentance, before it is too late. Lives are at stake. Jesus is coming back. God’s wrath is about to be revealed. Is the church, as Keith Green has sung in one his songs, “Asleep in the light”? Take heed! Read this dream with fear and trembling. Because I think God is speaking. What do you think? The dream begins by talking about a man in the sky. He looked like superman. He was flying so fast, you would think it was superman (and not Jesus). But my feeling is that the reason he was flying so fast was because God was trying to get my attention as to how fast Jesus will come — when he does finally come. It will be very fast. There will be no time to get your house in order. There will be no time to repent for all those things you did, that you should have repented of long ago. There will just be no time! The appearance of having time to repent, and time to change, and time to do all sorts of things, and to prepare for his coming at some future time, is a mere illusion. Stop being deceived and get right with God now! Otherwise, it is going to be too late! Wake up now! Repent now, before it is too late! Warning!

Now, I present to you the dream.

The Dream

There was a man in the sky. He was flying like superman. Initially he was on the ground and went up into the sky to do something. It was something he said he was going to do. It was like he was running an errand.

This sounds like Jesus, because Jesus was initially on the ground when he came to this earth more than 2000 years ago. Then, from Acts 1:9, we read that he ascended into the sky into heaven. Before he went there, he told his disciples,

“I am going to prepare a place for you.” (See John 14:2)

And in that same passage, he said he would come back!

“If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also.” (John 14:3)

So far, the man in the sky looks like Jesus. Let’s keep reading.

After he did what he wanted to do in the sky, he immediately and very quickly came down from the sky without any delay.

Immediately, when I read that he came very quickly without delay, I think of the words of Jesus, when he said,

“Behold, I come quickly.” (See Revelation 22:12)

He descended very close to where I was, which was almost immediately beside me but not exactly where I was, but very close.

Hint: He was coming in wrath (great anger), but since I was a Christian, he was not against me. He came to judge a man who was in rebellion against him! That man was near me! This man represents the unsaved who will be judged. They are near you and all around you! They are in supermarkets, in banks, at parks, in your school, and in your workplace. They are everywhere! This man represents everyone you need to reach for Christ, who still do not know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.

At that point in time there were three of us there.

To clarify, the unsaved man was there, and a Christian friend was also there. If the unsaved man represents everyone you need to reach for Christ, the saved man who was also there probably represents all the Christian people God has put in your life to help you fulfill his personal call in your life!

The man in the sky was angry with one of these people.

That’s the unsaved (non-Christian) man who was with us.

In fact, his goal was not to exact any type of vengeance upon me, but he was very angry with another who was with me.

This makes sense, since I was a genuine follower of Christ, and the Bible says,

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. (Romans 8:1)

So far, this dream makes sense. Jesus is coming back to judge the world, like the Bible says.

[God] has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he has ordained [Jesus]. (See Acts 17:31)

When this man on the ground saw the man in the sky coming, he cried out, “Call 911!” He said this because the man in the sky was coming for him and was coming to attack him. He feared he would die at the hands of the man in the sky who was coming to attack him.

I do remember in the dream the “attack” came very suddenly. The “attack” is not an attack from the enemy, but God’s righteous anger against sin being displayed.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness. (Romans 1:18)

There was no time for the man on the ground (being judged) to do anything. He was “suddenly” caught. He could not escape! This is also consistent with what we read in the Bible, because in the Bible it says,

For when they are saying, “Peace and safety,” then sudden destruction will come on them, like birth pains on a pregnant woman; and they will in no way escape. (1 Thessalonians 5:3)

So right now, while the whole world is in the hands of the evil one (see 1 John 5:19), a day is coming in which it will suddenly turn, and God will take hold of his kingdom (see Revelation 11:15). The day of vengeance is coming, even as it says in the Bible! Although we always like to be entirely polite and kind towards others, including unbelievers, here is the reality of what the Bible says. So we must accept it.

The righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance. He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked. (Psalm 58:10)

Those are serious words! I do not say them lightly. I do not wish that anyone die! Neither does God!

“For I have no pleasure in the death of the dying,” declares the Lord Yahweh. “And so repent and live!” (Ezekiel 18:32, LEB)

So far what I see in this dream is “end-time activity” that is totally consistent with what God says will happen in the Bible. Some people think Jesus is very kind, and he is. He died for our sins on a cross. But the Bible says vengeance is coming — because God has now given the world more than 2000 years to repent. So I hope you are ready! I could quote many other verses about God’s vengeance and wrath, including Isaiah 61:2, Nahum 1:2, Romans 12:19, and Revelation 6:17, which says, “the great day of his wrath has come; and who is able to stand?” Thus, God’s wrath, or righteous anger against the sinfulness of mankind, is, in part, what this dream is all about. But it doesn’t stop here. God also exposes the unrighteousness of those who claim to be righteous! First, we are reminded of the speed at which Jesus will return.

The man in the sky was coming very fast. The man in the sky came and descended like lightning — very fast.

This reminds me exactly of what Jesus said concerning his own coming:

“For as the lightning flashes from the east, and is seen even to the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.” (Matthew 24:27)

Do you notice the sense of immediacy? You will wake up one morning, and it will be done. Or, you will be woken up out of your sleep at 2 in the morning, and it will be done! All your business plans, family plans, and vacation plans, will be worth nothing! Your mountains of cash and gold that you have stored up for yourself will not even be accessible — forever lost! This is “the day of vengeance of our God” (see Isaiah 61:2). Are you ready for it? If you have not yet trusted in God’s sacrifice for your sins, through Jesus Christ, and received him as your personal Lord and Savior, then what hope is there? The Bible says,

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)

The dream continues:

He came and landed on the ground seemingly attacking the man we were with.

This is now vengeance being poured out on all those who mock the name of Christ. Many gospel preachers will hear these words:

‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.’ (See Matthew 7:23)

In the dream, my friend and I ran to get help. Through this, I think God is saying, “People of God, do something now before it is too late!” I believe this dream, in part, is a wake-up call for the people of God to pray to God, that his mercy might be displayed towards all those who do not believe. We have been called as intercessors. We need to get serious with God, because judgment is coming!

My (other) friend and I ran as fast as we could because of this, in order to find someone who had a phone.

We went to get the phone, because the man had said, “Call 911!” In the spiritual realm, who (and how) do we call for help? God says, in his word,

“Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.” (Psalm 50:15)

We call on God through prayer. The phone represents prayer!

The Man with No Phone

My friend and I ran towards a man in order to find someone who had a phone. We asked at least one man who did not have one. This man was on the street corner of a city street. It was as though he was washing cars or had some business on that street corner. The street corner and the amount of the street corner that he occupied was quite large. You could park a car there or likely several. It was an expanded area.

It took me an unusually long time to understand this part of the dream. I could not really figure out what God was saying. Why did I keep seeing the imagery of a LOT where cars could be parked? Then, I understood that what the LOT was referring to was THE DAYS OF LOT. God is saying, the days we are currently in are just like the days of Lot. There is so much sexual immorality and perversion around us, it is in our schools, in our governments, on our streets, in our parades, in our courts — the land is RIPE FOR JUDGMENT! Be warned! Jesus said,

“As it was in the days of Noah, even so will it be also in the days of the Son of Man. They ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ship, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise, even as it was in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but in the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulfur from the sky, and destroyed them all. It will be the same way in the day that the Son of Man is revealed.” (Luke 17:26-30)

Are you beginning to fear? Are you trembling? In the days of Lot, how many churches or religious institutions were saved? Not one. In the days of Noah, how many churches or religious institutions were saved? Not one. We now turn to what is happening in the world today, under the banner of “religion.” It is the false Christian religions coming together, to form a substitute religion, one that feigns Christianity but is not of Christ at all. This is what is revealed in the next part of the dream!

The Money-Hungry Preacher

In our quest to find someone with a phone (someone who had a connection with God) so we could call 911 (intercede for the unrepentant of our land), we then found a man who seemed to be a preacher of the gospel! Yet he was not interested in the things of God at all, only his wallet!

We then asked a man who was in an enclosed space (behind a window, it seemed). It was as though he was sitting on a ladder. He motioned as though pulling out his phone (it was hard to see him), appeared to call 911, and said there would be a 6 dollar charge.

Stop for a minute. There is too much here to go quickly. Did you notice this man was sitting on a ladder? Jesus said, concerning the religious leaders of his own day,

“The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat” (see Matthew 23:2).

He did not say this in a good way, but in a bad way. They elevated themselves. They promoted themselves. This man in the dream was sitting on a ladder. He was elevating himself. This is the point. This immediately points us to Matthew 23:2. Jesus is talking about someone in a religious institution, who is occupying a religious office, like the office of “pastor,” “overseer,” “bishop,” or “spiritual leader.” Who could it be? We can certainly get a glimpse, because he actually has a phone (unlike the man at the LOT).

Doesn’t the phone represent a connection with God? It does. The man must have some type of connection with God! Who could it be? This must be referring to a Christian! Yet we also notice that he “was in an enclosed space (behind a window it seemed)”. The window is probably referring to a “stained-glass window,” which is traditionally symbolic of the church. What about the enclosed space? Why is he in an enclosed space? Because he is disobedient! Jesus said,

“Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” (See Luke 14:23)

But this man is utterly disobedient to the word. He has no interest in “going out.” He wants to “stay in” where it’s comfortable and warm. He cannot identify with the needy. Indeed, he does not want to. He is really not a servant of God at all! Another point — “it was hard to see him.” Why? Of course, he is in the darkness! Another point — “He motioned as though pulling out his phone (and) … appeared to call 911.” There was no confidence that he really did it. He “motioned,” meaning he “went through the motions.” It almost seems like this man is a people-pleaser. He is just doing what people want, but he’s not really interested in serving God! Another point — the man “said there would be a 6 dollar charge.” This is the saddest part of all, but it goes along with the others, and confirms them. The man was a money-hungry preacher of the word of God. We should never see the words “preacher” and “money-hungry” in the same sentence, but we often do. Sad! What about 6 dollars? Six is the number of man. This man was following man’s ways. He was not following God’s. Here is what Jesus said to the religious leaders of his day, who, he said (in Luke 16:14, one verse earlier), were “lovers of money.”

“You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts. For that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God.” (See Luke 16:15)

The dream continues. It is slightly repetitive at this point, but this is what I wrote down, so I will make sure it is here, as well.

He motioned as though pulling out his phone

And then,

I had no assurance this call was even made. I had no confidence in this man.

No wonder I had no confidence in him! The explanation for this has already been given. The dream continues:

I said to the man I was with, “pay him,” or to that effect, but I wasn’t that serious because this man had scammed us. Why was there a 6 dollar charge for a 911 call? So I didn’t agree to that. Anyway, we had no money. He did show us the 6 dollar charge sign on his phone, but again it was dimly lit and in an enclosed space.

The man showed us the 6 dollar charge on his phone. The man was using his phone to “justify” the 6 dollar charge. Why? Because it was written on the phone. This reminds me of how preachers misuse the word of God to make it say something (particularly about money) that it really does not say at all. They do it, in order to get you to feel guilty, that if you are not giving them your money, God will not be happy with you. So they lay a burden on you, that can even make you feel angry, like Jesus was angry when he overturned the tables of the money-changers, because of these misuses of God’s word. God loves a cheerful giver, not a begrudging one. But these preachers make you feel angry, because they misuse the word of God, in order to serve their own purposes! Question: Is it possible, perhaps, that the phone (at least in this part of the dream) also represents the word of God? I suppose it might — if you could find the word of God on your phone! Can you? Yes! In that case, I need to go back to Luke 16:15, and quote it again, because these preachers are trying to justify themselves by their misuse of God’s word!

“You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts. For that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God.” (See Luke 16:15)

So it’s really kind of a “double-whammy” here. None of this looks good on these preachers. We must also note the “repetition” in this dream. “It was dimly lit and in an enclosed space.” This was already specified, but it is being specified again. I think the Lord does not want us to forget this man is in darkness, and he is disobedient by staying inside and refusing to go out! This man cannot be trusted! The scary part is that this man appears to have a connection with God. He seems to represent all the churches that preach the gospel, but are disobedient to it, who love money and reputation more than they love people. How many of those are there? So many!!!!!

Dead Religion

We walked (or ran) a bit further and found another person who had some type of wired landline.

This time we found someone who was claiming to have a “direct connection” with God (because it is a wired landline), yet notice the phone does not work!

I tried several times to call 911 but was unsuccessful. The phone was white and large and had large buttons.

This large white phone with large buttons, what could it represent? I think it represents the Roman Catholic church. Why? Because the church is very large, and the pope wears all white. Furthermore, the Roman Catholic church claims to have a direct connection with God, yet many of their official teachings betray the gospel message on how to receive eternal life! What could be more important than that? I would rather have everything else wrong, except for the doctrine of salvation. Consider the following:

1. They put their own teachings above the teachings of Scripture, which denies the power of God, according to Matthew 22:29. Doing so is also condemned according to Proverbs 30:5-6 and 2 Timothy 3:16-17.

2. They teach the false doctrine of purgatory, leading to a false hope. This is condemned according to the teaching of the rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16:19-31.

3. They teach the false doctrine that you can pray for the dead, leading to a false hope again. This is condemned according to Hebrews 9:27 and Luke 16:19-31.

4. They teach that Mary remained a virgin, denying the Scriptures. This is condemned according to Matthew 1:25, Mark 6:3, and Matthew 22:29.

5. They teach that Mary is a mediatrix. This is condemned according to 1 Timothy 2:5.

6. They teach that you can pray to, or communicate with, people who are already in heaven, who are not God. This is condemned according to Psalm 50:15, Psalm 66:18, Jeremiah 33:3, and Luke 11:2^[1].

7. They teach that the term “saint” is reserved only for certain Christians, designated by themselves, and that it does not apply to all Christians, everywhere, both dead and living. This is condemned, according to Psalm 16:3, Psalm 30:4, Romans 15:26, and 2 Corinthians 1:1.

I have listed only 7 items, and there are many more. These doctrines, when carefully considered, negate the true, biblical, definition of salvation by faith alone. Furthermore, the Bible warns us of contrary teachings to the message of salvation, and declares anyone who teaches them to be “accursed” (or, eternally condemned) (see Galatians 1:8-9).

An Ecumenical Gathering

So far, we found one man with no phone, representing the days of Lot. Then, we found one money-hungry preacher in darkness, undoubtedly representing many protestant churches. Finally, we found the Roman Catholic church. At this point in the dream, I am physically located at the Roman Catholic church. Then what happens?

Meanwhile the “6 dollar man” came by to demand his money.

So in this case, we see the coming together of some protestant churches with the Roman Catholic church. This is consistent with what the Bible teaches will happen in the last days. Finally, the last line of the dream reads,

I had tried multiple times to call 911 on that second phone, but it just wasn’t working!

And this is really the final analysis of this union between protestant and Roman Catholic: it doesn’t work! It never will work, either. Instead, God’s command is,

“Come out of her, my people, that you have no participation in her sins, and that you don’t receive of her plagues” (Revelation 18:4).

And thus, I feel this is the interpretation of the dream. May God so bless the interpretation of this dream, that fruit for eternity is born from it. Amen.
